Note that some notifications are necessary for platform functionality and may be mandatory.

DolFin is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of third-party account data. You acknowledge that DolFin does not review third-party information for accuracy and is not liable for any issues arising from third-party data, including any inaccuracies or fees incurred as a result of incorrect information.

8. User Content
By submitting content to DolFin, you grant DolFin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to share such content and that sharing does not violate any third-party rights.
DolFin reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review and remove any content that violates these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DolFin and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if DolFin has been advised of the possibility of such damages. DolFin’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the 12 months prior to the claim or $100, whichever is greater.

DolFin is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any account information received from these third parties. The information presented within the app is based on data provided directly by financial institutions, which may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We recommend verifying any critical account information directly with your financial institution.
DolFin does not hold liability for any issues, errors, or expenses resulting from inaccuracies in third-party data. Additionally, DolFin will not be responsible for any payment processing errors or additional fees arising from inaccurate or delayed data provided by third-party aggregators. If you encounter issues with third-party data, please notify us promptly so we may investigate the concern.
